تطبيق Garagic | قراجك ("التطبيق"، "نحن") يحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك للتطبيق.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة، وتشمل: البريد الإلكتروني واسم الكراج عند إنشاء الحساب، وبيانات الطلبات والفواتير التي تنشئها داخل التطبيق، ومعلومات تقنية أساسية (مثل تقارير الأعطال والأداء) لتحسين استقرار التطبيق.

2. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

تُدار عمليات الشراء والاشتراكات تلقائية التجديد عبر App Store الخاص بشركة Apple. نحن لا نجمع ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك أو وسيلة الدفع؛ تتم معالجتها بالكامل من قِبل Apple.

3. كيفية استخدام البيانات

نستخدم بياناتك لتقديم الخدمة وتفعيل الاشتراك وإنشاء الفواتير والتواصل معك بخصوص حسابك. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.

4. مشاركة البيانات

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق مثل Google Firebase (قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة) وApple (المدفوعات). تقتصر مشاركة البيانات على ما يلزم لتشغيل هذه الخدمات فقط.

5. حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها

نتخذ إجراءات تقنية معقولة لحماية بياناتك. نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما كان حسابك نشطاً أو حسب ما يقتضيه القانون.

6. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تعديلها أو حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا.

Garagic ("the app", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it when you use the app.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the data needed to run the service: your email and garage name at sign-up, the orders and invoices you create in the app, and basic technical information (such as crash and performance reports) used to improve stability.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your card or payment details; they are processed entirely by Apple.

3. How We Use Data

We use your data to provide the service, activate your subscription, generate invoices, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Sharing

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the app, such as Google Firebase (database and authentication) and Apple (payments). Data sharing is limited to what those services require to function.

5. Security & Retention

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, request corrections, or delete your account at any time by contacting us.
