تمرينك تطبيق لتتبّع التمارين. هذي الصفحة تشرح بالضبط وش نجمع، وين ينحفظ، ومن يقدر يشوفه. ما نبيع بياناتك، وما فيه إعلانات تتبعك.
وش نجمع
- حسابك — بريدك الإلكتروني والاسم اللي تكتبه.
- تمارينك — الباقات والتمارين والجولات (الوزن والتكرار) وأوقاتها.
- قياسات جسمك — الجنس وسنة الميلاد والطول والوزن ومستوى النشاط وهدفك، إذا اخترت تدخلها. كلها اختيارية، والتطبيق يشتغل بدونها.
- إعدادات — لغتك ووحدات القياس وكود الدعوة الخاص فيك.
ما نجمع موقعك، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نستخدم معرّفات إعلانية.
الصور والفيديو
صور التمارين والمقاطع اللي تختارها تنحفظ على جهازك فقط، داخل مساحة التطبيق، وتنحذف مع التطبيق. ما ترتفع لأي سيرفر.
الاستثناء الوحيد: إذا كنت مدرباً واخترت تشارك فيديو مع متدربيك، نرفع نسخة منه عشان توصلهم. النسخة على السيرفر تنحذف تلقائياً بعد ٩٠ يوم، والأصل يبقى على جهازك. الفيديو ما يوصله إلا متدربوك المرتبطون فيك، وتقدر تحذفه في أي وقت.
وين ينحفظ
نستخدم Firebase من Google للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين. بياناتك محفوظة على خوادم Google في منطقة الشرق الأوسط. Google تعالج البيانات نيابة عنا فقط، وما تستخدمها لأغراضها.
من يشوف بياناتك
- أنت — دائماً.
- مدربك — إذا ربطت حسابك فيه بكود دعوة: يشوف تمارينك وقياسات جسمك.
- أصدقاؤك — إذا قبلت طلبهم: يشوفون تمارينك فقط، بدون قياسات جسمك.
ما فيه أي شيء عام. ما فيه صفحة عامة، وما أحد يقدر يلقاك بدون كود منك.
في «حسابي» ثم «الخصوصية» تلقى قائمة حيّة بكل من يوصل لبياناتك، وتقدر تلغي وصول أي واحد بضغطة — ينقطع فوراً على مستوى قواعد الأمان، مو بس في الواجهة.
حذف حسابك
من «حسابي» ثم «حذف الحساب». ينحذف حسابك وتمارينك وقياساتك وارتباطاتك نهائياً. ما نحتفظ بنسخة، والعملية ما ترجع.
الأطفال
التطبيق مو موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ سنة، وما نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
تغييرات على هذي السياسة
لو تغيّر شيء جوهري، بنحدّث هذي الصفحة وتاريخ آخر تحديث فوق.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address and display name; your workouts (splits, exercises, sets, weight and reps); optional body measurements (gender, birth year, height, weight, activity level, goal); and settings such as language, units and your invite code. We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
Photos and video. Exercise images and clips you pick are stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage, and are removed when you delete the app. They are never uploaded. The single exception: if you are a coach and choose to share a video with your trainees, a copy is uploaded so they can receive it. That server copy is automatically deleted after 90 days, the original stays on your device, and only trainees linked to you can access it.
Where it is stored. We use Firebase by Google for authentication, database and storage. Your data sits on Google servers in the Middle East region. Google processes it on our behalf only.
Who can see it. You, always. Your coach, if you link with an invite code — they see your workouts and body measurements. Your friends, if you accept them — they see workouts only, never body measurements. Nothing is public, and nobody can find you without a code from you. Profile › Privacy shows a live list of everyone with access and lets you revoke any of them instantly, enforced at the security-rules layer.
Deleting your account. Profile › Delete account permanently removes your account, workouts, measurements and links. We keep no copy and it cannot be undone.
Children. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Selling data. We never sell your data, and there are no tracking ads.
